Coxswains are at the heart of our Club’s success.

 

We rely on them to lead, guide, and ensure the safety of every crew. Each boat must have a coxswain on board—not only to meet safety requirements, but also to build strong connections with the crew, especially when training intensifies or competition beckons.

 

If you have a background in sailing or rowing and would prefer a leadership role over the physical demands of rowing, we’d love to hear from you.
